Erick is an ambitious and energetic real estate agent with a deep love for Southern California. He was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley and has always been passionate about experiencing everything that Los Angeles has to offer. He attended South Pasadena High School and Pasadena City College before transferring to the University of California, Berkeley. After serving as a Peace Corps Volunteers in Colombia, he earned his MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business, where he studied Real Estate Finance and Development.
Whether he’s working with first-time home buyers or representing experienced commercial investors, Erick’s passion for real estate consistently yields impressive results for his clients. He thoroughly enjoys the process of working through residential and commercial transactions and always places his clients’ interests above all else. Erick’s willingness to take on new challenges has allowed him to quickly sharpen his skills as a real estate professional who works across asset types and markets.
Prior to starting his career in real estate, Erick worked for a number of community focused non-profit organizations and government agencies. These experiences instilled him with values and perspectives that are unique within the real estate industry, allowing him to serve and understand clients’ needs regardless of their background or profession. More than anything, Erick is motivated by the satisfaction that comes with knowing he skillfully helped his clients achieve their real estate goals.
